Άλλη μια δυνατή ιστιοπλοϊκή μέρα, χθες, για τον Διεθνή Αγώνα Chesva 2.0 Regatta of Champions 2024 – The R.O.C.. Με μέτριο άνεμο και μέγιστη ταχύτητα έως 14 κόμβους, εξασφαλίστηκαν τέλειες συνθήκες για ιστιοπλοΐα και 6 ιστιοδρομίες ολοκληρώθηκαν για την ημέρα.


Χρησιμοποιώντας τον στίβο Όρτσα – Πρίμα στην πρώτη ιστιοδρομία, το OptiGP στις επόμενες 4 και το τραπέζιο στη τελευταία ιστιοδρομία, σε όλη τη διάρκεια της μέρας, ο ανταγωνισμός ήταν στα υψηλότερα επίπεδα του, με χρονικά διαστήματα από 1η έως 45η θέση, κατά μέσο όρο, ένα λεπτό και 30 δευτερόλεπτα και με τη βαθμολογία να αλλάζει σχεδόν με τον τερματισμό κάθε ιστιοδρομίας.


Μετά από 16 ιστιοδρομίες, ο Erkut Budak (TUR) συνεχίζει να προηγείται με τον Jesper Karlsen (ITA) να πλησιάζει στη 2η  θέση, τον Mateo Carbonell (ESP) 3ο, Alexander Forssen (SWE) 4ο, Jason Panagopoulos (GRE) 5ο, Iker Mugica (ESP) 6ο, Arthur Back (BRA) 7o, Maria Anna Makri (GRE) 8η, Joaquin Acevedo (PER) 9o και την Adele R. Ericson (SWE) να κλείνει την πρώτη 10αδα.

Another strong day, yesterday, at the 2024 Chesva 2.0 Regatta of Champions – The R.O.C. with moderate wind with max speed up to 14 knots, provided perfected sailing conditions and 6 Races completed for the day.


Running one Windward – Leeward course and then 5 OptiGP races for the day ccompetition was at its best with time intervals from 1st to 45th of an average a minute and 30 seconds.  Close racing the standings changing almost with the finish of each race.


At the end of 16 races Erkut Budak (TUR) is still leading the fleet with Jesper Karlsen (ITA) closing in, in 2nd, Mateo Carbonell (ESP) 3rd, Alexander Forssen (SWE) 4th, Jason Panagopoulos (GRE) 5th, Iker Mugica (ESP) 6th, Arthur Back (BRA) 7th, Maria Anna Makri (GRE) 8th, Joaquin Acevedo (PER) 9th and Adele R. Ericson (SWE) closing the Top 10.
